Ingredients :
Sesame seeds - 100 gm
Red chillies - 4
Garlic pods - 5
Salt to taste
Healthy , Easy to prepare and ready in 2 min.
Dry fry sesame seeds in pan. Then fry dry red chillies with 1 drop of oil. Grind these two with salt coarsely in mixie. Add garlic pods and grind for 1 whirl and dry this mix in shadow for half a day before you store this in a container . This will last for a week . Good combo for dosai , idly and rotti.
