Marinated pottato :
Ingredients :
Baby potato - 250 gms
Fresh curd - 3 tspn
turmeric powder - 2 pinch
chilli powder - 1/2 spn
garam masala powder - 1 spn
dry mango powder -1pinch
methi leaves / kari leaves powder - 1 pinch
black salt- to taste
salt - to taste
butter - 1 spn
oil - 3 spns
Preparation :
Goes well with curd dip / cheese dip .

Preparation :
- Half steam cook baby potatoes and peel off the skins.
- Pork it with fork on 1 or 2 sides before marination.
- Mix curd and all other ingredients along with salt ,butter & oil.
- Mix potatoes now with the curd mixture and leave for 3-4 hrs .
- Preheat OTG oven .
- Spread aluminium foil over the tray and spread out the potatoes .
- Set temperature at 180 deg Cel. and place the tray and cook for 20 - 30 min.
- Crispy baby potatoes are ready to serve .
Goes well with curd dip / cheese dip .
a good one. you can give the alternate way of frying potato for people who don't do oven cooking.
ReplyDeleteDear Sowbham you can use microwave /non stick pan with some more oil sprayed covered with lid . Don't forget to toss it on and off !!
